This leg of lamb has had the bone removed and have been cut and trimmed so it will lay flat and cook evenly on the BBQ or Roasting pan. Cook for 1 hour per kg at 180 degrees for a tender juicy roast. We have finished it in a Honey Mint & Rosemary Glaze.

Last night we enjoyed the best butterflied lamb we have had in some time, it had been marinated beautifully buy the butcher at Knights. We seared it on the BBQ and then popped in the oven for 15-20 mins (we have a fanforced oven). It was cooked to perfection! We complimented it with a hearty red wine!
One word DELICIOUS!!!
