Yandilla Mustard Seed Oil

At Wallendbeen, near Cootamundra, Kaye Wetherall and her husband Micky produced Australia’s first Mustard Seed Oil at their property “Yandilla” in 1988. From the same plant family as Canola, mustard seed crops are well suited to the Riverina, though many locals are still not aware of the oil’s cooking versatility and health benefits. It is free of cholesterol, has no additives or preservatives.
