Tuesday: GLUTEN FREE Salmon Parmesan & Parsley Cakes - Hand made patties of fresh Tasmanian salmon fillet, parmesan and parsley with home-made tartare sauce.

Wednesday: Spinach & Ricotta Canneloni - Spinach & ricotta rolled in hand made pasta with a rich Italian tomato sauce.

Thursday: Baked Glazed Ham - Perfectly glazed Hampden Bridge Ham with creamy potato bake and tangy pineapple salsa.
