Knights is proud to announce two fantastic events as part of Taste Riverina 2016:


Basic Butchery & Knife Sharpening Class

Saturday 15th October, 1pm

This is a butchery basics class with Knights own David Dunbar, who has 34 years experience within the meat industry.

David will showcase advanced skills on how to care for and sharpen your knives, and the basic skills of trimming, preparing, slicing and dicing, and creating various cuts using your own rump primal cut!

Once finished, we’ll fire up the Barbie, cook some steak sandwiches and have a local beer - on us!

Go home with some great tips and tricks for basic butchery, a 6” boning knife, cutting board and cut-resistant glove, as well as one of our ANGUS cooler bags to take home some of your handy work!

Knights 12 Course Bacon Themed Canapé Degustation

Saturday 29th October, 7pm

Bacon. We live for it, we LOVE it!

Knights is famous for their 8 delicious flavours of bacon, handcrafted onsite using 100% Australian Pork.

To honour this hero of hunger, enjoy a 12 course bacon themed degustation dinner, featuring savoury and sweet canapés, created by Knights french-trained chef.
