At Riverina Smokehouse, we believe that the art of crafting incredibly delicious jerky is all in the journey.
A journey which kicks off along dusty roads that stretch between big open paddocks flush with canola, where herds of angus and hereford cattle munch on fresh grass, hand reared by Riverina families that have farmed this land for generations. We bring together these quality raw ingredients including premium Riverina beef at our butcher shop in Wagga Wagga, where it undergoes three days of handcrafting, curing and drying, a process that drives creative and complex flavours into the jerky so that it can deliver a mouthwatering sensation that really packs a punch.
To us, jerky is more than just a snack. It’s for sharing, for savouring, and for celebrating the real thrill of finding a jerky so good that you want to gobble down the whole packet at once. That’s Riverina Smokehouse Jerky. This jerky reflects all of our knowledge, our experience and our passion as an artisan butcher, creator and maker.
